CT Client 4.3.0 — everything is already installed
=======================================================

This folder is the complete launcher. CT-Main is the program, and every
feature module is in the modules folder next to it, so nothing has to be
downloaded or installed by hand.

Start the launcher
------------------

  macOS Double-click "Start CT-Main.command"
The first time, macOS may ask for permission: right-click the file,
           choose Open, then Open again.

  Windows Double-click "Start CT-Main.bat"

Linux Open a terminal here and run: java -jar CT-Main-4.3.0.jar

Java 21 or later must be installed. Run "java -version" in a terminal to check.

Add or update a module later
----------------------------

macOS Drag the downloaded ct-module-*.jar files onto "Install modules.command"
Windows Drag the downloaded ct-module-*.jar files onto "Install modules.bat"
  Linux java -jar CT-Main-4.3.0.jar --install-modules ct-module-*.jar

Dragging onto the module installer installs the jars into the modules folder
and starts CT-Main. If a module needs another module that is not installed,
CT-Main downloads it from https://ct.shit.pub automatically.

You can also install modules while the launcher is open: CT-Main's Modules
view has an "Install module jar..." button. It offers to restart the launcher
so the new modules load.

Where things are
----------------

  CT-Main-4.3.0.jar the launcher
modules/ every installed module; add or remove jars here
~/.ct-client/game Minecraft versions, libraries, assets, mods
  ~/.ct-client/settings.properties memory, resolution, sign-in settings

Nothing in this folder is a Minecraft game file. CT downloads game files from
Mojang's official servers when you install a version.
